Prior to launching her career in real estate, Nadjalisse provided win-win solutions for a broad spectrum of clients as a communications consultant positioning and promoting businesses and enterprising individuals as thought leaders in their fields of expertise.

For over 11 years she worked with clients in the finance, technology, fintech, and political sectors in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Nadjalisse also played a key role in the successful activation of influential events focused on innovation; most have evolved to become global movements. Early in her career, she organized international events while working at the University of Miami’s Center for Hemispheric Policy – a political think tank examining critical issues affecting countries in the Western Hemisphere through its policy discussions on economic and political developments, business and trade, U.S. policy and security issues.

Nadjalisse understands how cultural nuances and geopolitics impact business, and it is one of the reasons why she has been a significant contributor to the success of all teams and clients with whom she has worked.
